BS Exercise Science NASM CSCS
I played every sport growing up including competitive cheer. I played basketball for Division I and II schools as a team captain and all-conference player. I interned as a strength and conditioning coach for the athletes at the University of Tampa in between my basketball seasons while studying exercise science.
I had no major life plans after college, all I knew was I wanted to travel the world playing professional ball overseas. Two weeks before my tryouts, I tore my ACL playing pick-up ball and lost sight of that dream. After 3 years of recovery due to complications, I gave up basketball and rerouted my passion into fitness as it was a huge part of my injury journey. I began working at the sports training facility that I was training at in 2016. Since then I have coached at several different fitness facilities ranging from boxing to strength and conditioning with professional athletes.
My purpose for coaching is to be part of improving someone's day. Making the slightest difference in their life whether it's the physical, emotional, or mental aspect, or a combination of the three. I love to see and be a part of someone's journey to evolve into their best self.
